Cooking with Chards – Weekly Meal Plan

Before we get started with our meal planning I just wanted to let you all know that I have sorted the website to take pre-orders for the second “improved” edition of my cookbook. Don’t worry I have left the taco mice and ham farts in but have tried to fix as many other mistakes as I could, I can’t promise it will be perfect but it will definitely be an improvement.

The new copy will go to the printers this week. The book will be delivered to you in early May. It shouldn’t take too long!

Ok, now let’s chat about what is cooking here at Chardy Central this week. Clancy helped with my meal plan yesterday as we were baking brownies and a butter cake. So here it is – sorry a day late, but better late than never and it was Easter! ha ha ha.

On Thursday we are mixing up the Hot Steak and Crunchy Potato Salad recipe and using lamb. This is the lamb I use…

It is SO YUMMY and so easy and quick to cook. I just throw it in the oven for about an hour – then slice it up. SO GOOD!
