Description
Oh my goodness. You guys – this is seriously one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten. I have made it quite a few times now and holy moly it is to die for…
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil (or garlic infused olive oil)
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons milk powder
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic steak seasoning (or just salt)
3 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup grated cheese
4 cups plain flour (or superb bakers flour)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dry active yeast
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your breadmaker in the exact order as listed using exact measurements.
Put on a “dough” cycle and press START.
Once the dough is finished leave to rest in breadmaker for another 30-60 minutes and it will continue to rise.
Empty dough out onto a floured surface.
Roll into long rectangle (about 50cm x 30cm)
Spread a mixture of garlic seasoning and softened butter all over the dough, you could also add some cheese or anything else really that you want on there.
Now roll up from the long side of the dough to form a long tube.
Cut the tube all the way down the middle – length ways so you now have 2 long pieces.
Pinch them together at the end and twist these 2 long lengths together.
Form the twist into an S shape.
Bake at 200 degree’s C for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
YUM YUM YUM!!!
