Cooking with Chards: Meal Plan

Ok let’s get back into our meal plans. This is what I will be serving up to our fabulous crew this week. I am only cooking for 11 people in total – that includes my 3 boys. A big shout out to my good friends – Flick & Sal who are also cooking for their crews (and also live at bum truck nowhere) – welcome aboard my beautiful friends!!!

Every single meal from this plan can be found in my new cookbook – Miss Chardy’s Guide to Station Cooking. This book will be available to purchase here on the blog from next Monday 6th April.
