Remember that time I went to New York City?  It seems like a lifetime ago, doesn’t it?  Well I have been meaning to tell you all about the comfy shoes that took me around that fabulous city.  Better late than never hey!  If you need a little refresher on our trip you can read about it in a few posts…

Ok, all caught up?  Good.  Lets chat about how Bec and I walked our way around that concrete jungle.  It is really simple – we both wore our FRANKiE4 NATS.  I had the cream NAT…

And Bec had the white…

We wore them every single day.  Not one blister my friends.  And it was all thanks to you guys.  No seriously, it was.  I put the question out on Facebook before we went to NYC, asking you all what type of shoe should I be wearing in New York City, and the  winner was the FRANKiE4 NAT, by a long shot.

Out of the 70 comments that were left on that post, most of them recommended FRANKiE4 and the NAT was probably the winner.  So that was it.  I was off to find some NATs.  Lucky I was heading to Brisbane and it just so happens that the FRANKiE4 store is right next to my regular shopping centre at Indooroopilly.  Bonus.  Oh and then, FRANKiE4 tell me they would like to gift me a pair of shoes.  Are you kidding me?  Get out of town.  As DD would say – “Better to be born lucky than rich”.  I was heading there anyway to get these little clouds of comfort for my feet and was so grateful for their lovely offer.  Here I am in their store on Moggill Road…

Bec already owned a pair of white NATS, so she was good to go.  I tell you what, we were not disappointed.  We honestly walked our way around New York in these babies and not one sore foot.  I can’t recommend them highly enough.  Thanks so much for the top tip.  Here is NAT in Central Park.  Of course she is!!!

Look, the FRANKiE4 NATs even found their way to Carrie’s apartment from Sex and the City!!!

Yes, Bec and I did buy the same scarf, didn’t actually realise until we were at the counter paying.

My sister and I gave my Mum a FRANKiE4 gift voucher for her birthday back in September.  What a fabulous idea for a present – it was so easy, you could even print out the voucher.  DD was beside herself with excitement because she has wanted to get her skinny little hands on a pair for ages.  Now DD isn’t one to hand her money out willy nilly but she decided to throw caution to the wind and get herself 2 pairs.  Goodness me.  She ended up getting the NAT in cream – just like me because she admires me so much, and also snagged herself a SOPHiE II in Silver…

Sorry not a great pic, but only DD’s tiny little body would be able to stand on a shoe box without totally squashing it.  Aren’t the Silver SOPHiE II’s cute!!  I love the striped laces.  My friend Ruth has these in navy and they also look fabulous.

So, as you can see, FRANKiE4’S really are tried and tested and come first place in the comfort race.  FRANKiE4 was actually founded by Podiatrists and a Physiotherapist – no wonder they are so supportive and comfortable!
