Manda’s Buttercake

Ingredients

Units Scale

250g butter (chopped, room temp)

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups castor sugar

4 eggs

2 cups self raising flour

1/3 cup custard powder

1 cup milk


Instructions

Pre heat oven to 180 deg C. Grease and line a square cm cake tin or if you like you can make cup cakes.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well until the mixture changes colour.
Bake for about 45 mins.
Top with icing once cool.
