There have been so many laughs. From the moment Kirsten collected me from the Airport. I am so excited to be down here at her house – a little sleep over if you will. Let me talk you through it…
Of course I said yes (always yes) to a cheeky glass of white on the plane … unfortunately I had to lower my standards and drink some Savvy B but it wasn’t too bad. Anything tastes good when you are flying solo and watching Modern Family, doesn’t it!
Of course Kirsten’s house is absolutely gorgeous, yes the tiles really are that shiny in real life. Oh and her family, they are just so lovely. I think she should be awarded mother of the year or something because her children are so well mannered, perhaps she should start parenting classes or maybe I can just send my boys down for her to tail out, just like we do with the young wearers on the station.
It was so much fun doing a Facebook live chat together last night, I could have honestly sat there and chatted all night, too funny for words, boy we had fun doing that. If you missed it you can watch it over on my Facebook Page. And how much of a legend is Kirsten’s husband – Guns. Well his real name is Scott but you all probably know him as Guns. He whipped us up a Japanese Slipper, what a bloody champ. It was a great batch too. So kind of him to prepare us a cocktail on his anniversary, ha ha ha. Oh and he also cooked dinner for us – chicken and chorizo with pasta, so yummy!
Look here is Kirsten in her natural environment… I felt like David Attenborough … filming the blogger in the wild…
She will kill me for putting that photo up without filtering it first, but I just don’t have time… she is taking me shopping soon, so I have to be quick.
I am sitting here typing this post at Kirsten’s dining table while she is up in her office doing a little work of her own.
I had the best sleep last night in the comfiest bed… comfort levels were seriously second to none. The sheets were divine and the mattress topper… oh dear lord. Royal Pines certainly has a lot to live up to.
Of course she whipped me up a lovely cup of coffee this morning…
