In October this year we will be holding 2 Wild Spark Ladies Days. The first is in Brisbane on 12thOctober and the second will be down in Mudgee, NSW on 19thOctober. For more information on what Wild Spark is all about and these fabulous days read THIS post… we will hang around while you do.
I am sure many of you already know who Joy is but for those who don’t let me introduce her.
Joy is a pocket rocket, she runs a successful business from her sheep station near Longreach in Western Queensland, she is a Mum to four young children, Wife to Paul and all round legend oh and she was a school principal in a previous life. Joy’s business is Off The Track Training but it has turned into so much more than an exercise program, it is a hub of like minded people just trying to best they can be no matter where they live – sounds like the Wild Spark motto doesn’t it.
Off The Track Training offers education, motivation and support via online exercise programs, it doesn’t matter where you live or what your fitness level is. There are facebook live workouts, or you can dial in over the phone, or perhaps you can’t make the exact session – no worries you can listen to a playback online.

Joy has built her business up over many years and it is now a thriving online community.

Our Wild Spark events are all about connecting women from all over which is why I am excited to have Joy on board for our Brisbane Ladies Day. Will you be there? Tickets are selling very fast so please make sure you get in to avoid disappointment.
We can’t wait to see you there! Our Brookfield event is going to be amazing. We have so many pop up shops coming along – Styling You The Label, Bettyquette (Kirsten & Co), Sunday Cowgirl, Laughing Pistachio, we will have a coffee cart and guess what – there will even be a specialised Gin Bar! Oh and the fabulous NBN Muster truck is coming along to provide FREE WIFI – it is going to be amazing! Our day is raising money for Rare Cancers Australia through a live auction on the day – there are so many wonderful prizes – you are not going to want to miss this one. Bring it on!!!
